These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Welcom88 ("Platform", "we", or "Company") regarding the use of the website welcom88.pro and all services provided therein.

Each user is only permitted one (1) account at Welcom88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be required include:

• Valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months)
• Bank account or e-wallet details to be used for withdrawal

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be declined and returned.

• Welcom88 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals may only be made to a registered and verified bank account or e-wallet in the member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Withdrawal limits and procedures are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 30 per transaction
• Maximum daily limit: RM 50,000 for standard accounts
• Processing time: Under 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallets; up to 24 hours for bank transfers

Withdrawals will not be processed if:

• KYC process has not been fully completed
• Bonus rollover requirements have not been met
• Account is under security review or investigation
• There are verification documents that have not yet been submitted

Welcom88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and requirements that are clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Registering or using more than one account (whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method)
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes

• Inability to verify identity or information provided during registration

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Valid account balances will be returned once all verification requirements and rollover conditions have been met.
